"Delivered to Your Door" Products
Rain barrels can be “Delivered to Your Door.” Freight to ship a rain barrel is high, so we recommend you pick up your barrel(s) if possible (see links on home page for pickup orders).
SHIPPING
All prices include shipping charges.
If your shipping address is different than your payment address, please use the "Add Instructions to Seller" section during the payment process.
The RI Water Lady offers shipping via both United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Most orders for in-stock products ship within one business day.
Backorders: If products are on backorder we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by e-mail.
Order Modifications/Cancellations: Customers wishing to change or cancel orders should call (401) 486-5389, or e-mail ladyslip@verizon.net. Please be sure to reference your order in the e-mail.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Please open and inspect your order within 2 days of receipt. If you need to initiate a return please send an e-mail to ladyslip@verizon.net or call (401) 486-5389 for a return materials authorization (RMA) number prior to returning products. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
